1. Digital Products (eBooks, Meal Plans, Workout Programs)
 
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the content is delivered and accessed, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.
 
Why?
Digital files cannot be returned like physical goods. Once downloaded or accessed, the value is already delivered.
 
2. 1:1 Coaching Services
 
Coaching sessions and personalized plans are non-refundable once they have begun. If you purchase a coaching package but have not yet started, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
 
To request a coaching refund (before starting):

3. Exceptions
 
Refunds may be granted in the following rare cases:

• You were charged twice for the same product

• The product was not delivered or failed to open due to a technical issue on our end

If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
